 Recombinant Human Fibroblast Growth Factor-20

FGF-20 is a secreted, heparin-binding growth factor that is a member of the FGF family. Proteins of this family play a central role during prenatal development, postnatal growth and regeneration of a variety of tissues, by promoting cellular proliferation and differentiation. FGF-20 signals through FGFR 2c and 3c, and is expressed during limb and brain development. Human FGF-20 shows 98% aa identity to bovine FGF-20 and 95% aa identity to both rat and mouse FGF-20. Recombinant Human FGF-20 is a 23.5kDa protein containing 211 amino acid residues.

Before use this product, please read the direction below carefully. This vial must be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in a sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤ -20℃. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.
