CXCL8 is a member of the CXC chemokine family, IL-8 binds to receptors CXCR1 and CXCR2, driving neutrophil chemotaxis, angiogenesis, and immune modulation in inflammatory and tumor microenvironments. The 72a.a. isoform exhibits 5-10-fold higher activity in neutrophil activation compared to the 77a.a. form, and its overexpression correlates with cancer progression through the CXCR2-JAK-STAT/PI3K axis.

Reconstitute in a sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤ -20℃. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.
