 Recombinant Human TNF Ligand-related Molecule 1/TNFSF15

TL-1A is a type II transmembrane protein belonging to the TNF superfamily and has been designated TNF superfamily member 15 (TNFSF15) . TL-1A is predominantly expressed in endothelial cells and its expression is inducible by TNF-α and IL-1α. TL-1A binds with high affinity to death receptor 3 (DR3) , known as TNFRSF25. Depending on the cell context, ligation of DR3 by TL-1A can trigger one of two signaling pathways, activation of the transcription factor NF-kB, or activation of caspases and apoptosis. Recombinant Human TL-1A/TNFSF15 is a 20.5kDa globular protein containing 180 amino acid residues.

Reconstitute in a sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤ -20℃. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.
